The ingredients needed to make Veg fried rice:
- {Get 2 Cups of boiled rice.
- {Get 1 Cup of sliced cabbage.
- {Prepare 2-3 of sliced Onions.
- {Get 1 cup of Carrot roundals and some semi circles.
- {Get 2 Tablespoon of shezwan chutney.
- {Prepare to taste of Salt.
- {Prepare 2 Tablespoon of tomato ketchup.

Steps to make Veg fried rice:
- Wash soak and cook rice draining the excess water when it's boiled..
- Chop and keep all the veggies handy.
- Now heat oil in a deep pan add onions and stir fry for few minutes. Than add cabbage and sprinkle some salt. Stir fry on low flame. Now add carrot roundals and semi circles. Mix well and cover with lid for few minutes so that veggies are cooked nicely..
- Now add fired rice masala and shezwan chutney mix well and add the boiled rice. Mix gently so that everything blends together. Let it simmmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes..
- Now take a bowl serve rice decorate it with carrot semi circles on the edges. And roundals to make eyes. Use tomato ketchup to highlight the round face. And serve. Kids gonna enjoy !!!.
