Instructions to make Suji veg balls:

  1. In a pan put oil 2 tsp and add all the vegatables and fry for 2 min then add ginger and add haldi then add of tablespoon red chilli powder then Kali Mirchi add Chilli flakes and green chilli and fry for 2 minutes then add Rava and fry for 2 minutes then add 2 tbsp corn flour and salt mix well and fry for 2 minutes..
  2. Then add in the mixture to 4 cups water and mix well and put some coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes then of the flame and cover it..
  3. After 10 minutes you can take the mixture and prepare round balls and steam for 15 minutes...
  4. The steamed Suji balls is ready..
  5. In a pan put oil heat it and add sesame seeds mustard seeds jeera and curry leaves and add of tbsp red chilli powder and Garam Masala then add steamed Suji balls and flip the slowly then add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves..
  6. The tasty and delicious Suji balls is ready.....
