  6. Now on the same pan boil 1 cup water and cool it down for a minute. Add strawberry jelly mix. Stir until the jelly crystals dissolve completely. Now slowly pour this mixture on top of the fruits as the final layer..
  7. Keep in room temperature for about 30-45 minutes to set. Then keep in freezer for 2-4 hours until chilled. Take out from freezer. Using knife carefully detach or cut the sides. Now keep a plate on top of it and then turn it upside down so that cake is nicely placed on the plate. Serve chilled..
