Instructions to make Veg manchurian and fried rice:
- Firstly in a container add veggies, cornflour salt,chilli powder and mix..making sure everything is well combined.
- Combine well forming a soft dough.Grease hands with oil and prepare a small sized balls.Deep fry in hot oil.Fry until the balls turns golden brown and crisp and when it becomes golden brown keep aside in a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute add veggies and cook 2/3 mins.in a container make a mixture of manchurian masala and water and add it to the container.
- Cook properly and add balls and cook for 2 mins.
- In a kadai heat oil add veggies and cook for 3 mins add rice and masala and mix properly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
