Steps to make Baked Meatball Spaghetti:

1. Boil the spaghetti & cook as per the pool packet instructions & set aside.
2. Take the tomatoes and blanch them. Heat water and when the water is boiling add the tomatoes.let them boil for 5 to 7 mins.Add these tomatoes to cold water.Peel the skin and grind them.Set aside.
3. Meatballs-Marinate the chicken along with all the ingredients mentioned and set aside.
4. Arrabitta Sauce-Take olive add the onions & garlic slices and saute..
5. Add the pureed tomatoes and add all the spices mentioned in the sauce section.
6. Once the oil separates drop the meatballs using a spoon..
7. Let the meatballs cook.
8. Now add the cooked spaghetti.
9. Add the mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 to 7 mins till the cheese melts in a preheated oven at 180D Celsius.
