Instructions to make Chowmin veg manchurian and fried rice:
- Great cabbage squeeze water from it add garlic ginger chilli paste garam masala salt make dough by adding corn starch and maida don't add much other wise balls will not be soft as required.

- Take out and serve hot garnish with spring onions greens Chinese stir fried rice hakka noodles with red chilli sauce tomato ketchup vinegar chilli cabbage carrots and spring onions salad.
- For noodles in a pan add oil when hot add garlic cabbage spring onions carrots finely chopped or grated capsicum chopped in cubes.
- Stir fry them add sauce all three and vinegar on high flam add boiled noodles stir fry and mix well on high flame.
- Fried rice same way as noodles just add boiled rice in the place of noodles.
