4. Stir for 11 mins and add the tomatoes and jalapeños.
5. Stir for 5mins.
6. Add the ground beef.
7. This step is optional. You can add more celery, onion and green pepper.
8. Add all the spices and browning sauce.
9. Add in the cooked rice and stir well. Let it steam on low heat for 5mins. Enjoy!.
